Do I have to sell my land?

No. A Land Purchase is one of three options. If you’d prefer to retain ownership, our Lease Purchase and Land Loan structures are designed for that. The right structure depends on your goals.

Just a copy of your solar or battery storage lease agreement. From there, we’ll provide pricing, issue an offer letter and Purchase & Sale Agreement, and walk you through each step.

We may close in as little as 30 to 45 days from signing.

Once the transaction closes, your lump sum payment is yours. It is not subject to clawback. SolaREIT assumes that risk, not you.

Our contracts are designed to be clear and straightforward, so you spend minimum time on legal counsel. We always welcome any questions along the way.

In a Land Purchase, SolaREIT acquires fee-simple ownership of the property. In a Lease Purchase, SolaREIT prepays the value of your lease in exchange for an easement while you retain ownership of the land. Both deliver a lump sum payment, the difference is whether you want to keep the land.
