All we need to start the pricing process is a copy of your lease agreement.

Anything you want, since this is unrestricted capital. Developers typically redeploy funds to cover interconnection deposits, equipment financing, additional site acquisitions or site control payments, or advancing development milestones across their portfolios.

Depending on your timeline, SolaREIT can close within 30-45 days of signing. To date, 100% of our transactions have closed on time.

You don’t have to. If your preference is to retain ownership, our lease purchase and land loan solutions provide an upfront lump sum payment without an exchange of ownership.
